Build faster. Finish finer. Use longer.

Aluminium formwork, gang form and Euroform — designed, manufactured and supported to one standard across Korea, Vietnam and India, and physically assembled before it ships.

Three systems, one roof.

Systems

A building rarely needs only one system. We make all three in our own plants, so we can supply, combine and service what your site actually requires.

“What we promise a client, we deliver. Drawings are checked before material is cut. What we ship has been physically assembled at least once. Someone answers the phone when a site calls.”
Kim Sun Hong, CEO, FORMWORX CO., LTD.

Why aluminium formwork.

AL-Form

Lighter and stronger than Euroform, AL-Form withstands lateral pressure floor after floor and casts the whole structure in a single cycle.

Fair-faced concrete wall straight after striking, with tie holes in a regular grid

Scrap value at end of life · zero waste

Euroform vs AL-Form

The same tower, two systems. Every panel of an AL-Form set has exactly one position, locked by the layout drawing — which is why it finishes cleaner and repeats faster.

Floor cycle

How aluminium formwork moves the programme forward — the standard pace from the 3rd–4th floor, once crews know the layout.

  1. DAY 1Wall rebar · MEP embeds
  2. DAY 2Setting out · external form prep
  3. DAY 3Wall panels · stair install
  4. DAY 4Beam & slab panel assembly

Cycle comparison — 30 floors

Euroform · 8–9 days/floor
~255 d
AL-Form · 6 days/floor
~180 d

About 30% shorter programme — roughly 75 days saved on a 30-storey tower.

Assembled before it ships.

Design & verification

Every form set is engineered, produced and physically verified before dispatch. The mock-up is where drawings become real — problems are solved before they reach the site.

  1. Drawing reviewStructural drawings received, site conditions agreed
  2. Shell drawings2D shell drawings issued for client approval
  3. 3D modelling3D CAD clash and non-standard review
  4. Mock-upVirtual simulation, then physical trial assembly
  5. ProductionPrecision production from verified data, packed as numbered kits

A technical supervisor runs the first assembly cycles with your crew and hands the layout logic over to site staff. High-wear parts ship with 10–20% spare quantity — so a single pin never stops a site.

Global network.
